Jack Dylan (Yakov Fishel) Chang was born on Jan. 3 at Mount Sinai Hospital in New York City to Katherine Fromm and Chris Chang of Jersey City. He weighed 5 pounds, 10 ounces, and was 18.5 inches long. His grandparents are Jessica and Isaac Fromm of Teaneck, and Lucy and Bing Chang of Mountain Lakes.

Chana Storfer was born in Fort Lauderdale, Fla., on Simchat Torah, Oct. 21, to Rochie and Rabbi Immanuel Storfer of North Miami Beach.
